Siliguri, 03rd February: The Police have arrested a youth, identified as Mangal Roy on the charge of abducting a minor. The accused is a resident of NJP Janta Para.
As per the report, Mangal Roy abducted the minor girl from South Colony Mazdoor Basti, Siliguri on January 29. The Police rescued the victim and successfully nabbed Mangal before he tried to flee via the NJP route. The arrested accused was sent to the Jalpaiguri court, today.
