Siliguri, 28th April: In light of the COVID-19 lockdown, the North Bengal Development Minister Rabindranath Ghosh extended his helping hand towards the needy.
The Minister, from his legislative assembly, distributed ration among the e-rickshaw (toto) drivers, van drivers, and other poor families of the Dhalpal Bazar area under Dhalpal–II region.
