Siliguri, 04th September: State Tourism Minister Goutam Deb himself took the initiative to solve the land issues for the construction of national highways.
The Minister, on Friday morning, held a meeting at Uttarkanya in North Bengal along with the National Roads Authority (NRA), administrative officials, and police officials to discuss ways of resolving the land issues for constructing national highways in Alipurduar, Dhupguri, Mainaguri, and Rajganj.
Besides, the Minister stated that the land issue regarding the construction of roads in Islampur has been resolved.
