Siliguri, 07th January: On Sunday, a mega health check-up was organized in the Youth Club as a part of Ward Utsav “Unmeelan” which commenced on January 2.
According to reports, renowned doctors of the city were present in the camp. During this, Ward Councilor and Siliguri Mayor, Goutam Deb, was also present. In addition, free medicines were distributed in the camp.
Speaking at the event, Mayor Goutam Deb stated that the citizens were provided with appropriate medical treatment in the camp. He mentioned the efforts undertaken to gather medical professionals from several fields. He further added that the patients arriving at the camp will get an opportunity to be treated by the doctors in the future.
