Siliguri, 11th March: After ‘Talk to Chairman’, ‘ Mayor ke Bolun’ service will be launched on behalf of Siliguri Municipal Corporation.
After Goutam Deb took charge as the administrator, ‘Talk to chairman’ service was launched to solve the problems of the citizens. The drive was successful and many issues have already been solved. Following the same method, Mayor Goutam Deb will be taking a similar approach that will be launched tomorrow.
The ‘Mayor ke Bolun’ service will be available every Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. The mayor will listen to the complaints of the general public directly over the phone. SMC has also put up posters in different parts of the city for awareness among the general public. Mayor Deb is hopeful that this service will get a wide response again.
