Rajganj, 04th April: A massive fire broke out in Baikunthapur forest, causing panic in the surrounding areas.
Reportedly, the fire broke out in the Baruapara area of Baikunthapur forest on Friday, next to the Teesta Canal near Sahudangi under the Dabgram Range.
Upon receiving the news, forest officials from the Dabgram Range and an engine from the Fulbari fire department reached the spot. Efforts are being made to bring the fire under control. However, it is still unclear how the fire started.
