Mamata Banerjee's North Bengal tour to commence from today

Siliguri, 02nd January: Trinamool Congress President and the West Bengal Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee, will arrive at Siliguri, today. Preparations on behalf of the Darjeeling District Trinamool Congress have been made for the arrival of the Chief Minister. The Chief Minister will participate in the 'Maha Rally' being staged by the Darjeeling District Trinamool Congress, tomorrow, protesting against the National Register of Citizens (NRC) and the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019.


The 'Maha Rally' will be staged from Mallaguri and will conclude at the Baghajatin Park after touring Siliguri's Hill Cart Road, Pradhan Nagar Police Station More, Siliguri Junction More, Mahananda Bridge, Air View More, Sevoke More, Hashmi Chowk, Hospital More, Kachari Road, and Court More. She will also address the people in Mallaguri briefly before the 'Maha Rally'.
