Jalpaiguri, 28th March: Sensation prevailed after a major fire broke out at a residence in Jalpaiguri on Sunday morning. The incident created a stir in the entire area.
Reportedly, the fire broke out at a four-story building at Marwari Patti in the Dinbazar area of Jalpaiguri. Upon receiving the news, two fire engines reached the spot and brought the fire under control. Several valuables were destroyed in the incident. The firefighters primarily speculated that the fire was caused by a short circuit.
