Siliguri, 02nd August: Darjeeling District Mahila Trinamool Congress staged a protest rally in Siliguri to condemn the incident in Manipur. Demonstrators tied black cloths over their mouths and lit candles during the rally. The procession commenced at Siliguri’s Kanchenjunga Stadium, winding through the main city road, and concluded at Mahatma Gandhi More (Air View More).
Trinamool Congress District President, Papiya Ghosh, Darjeeling District Mahila Trinamool Congress President, Milli Sinha, and other leaders participated in the rally, vehemently denouncing the incident in Manipur.
