Siliguri, 15th March: On behalf of Lions Club of Siliguri Uday, a mega blood donation camp was organized at Khatu Shyam Mandir in Sevoke Road, on Tuesday.
The main objective of the camp is to meet the blood crisis. The camp started at 8 am today. The collected blood will be sent to Terai Blood Bank and Rotary Blood Bank.
CA Bishal Jain, former president of Lions Club of Siliguri Uday, said, “People donated blood voluntarily in today’s camp.”
Bikash Agarwal, vice-president of Lions Club of Siliguri Uday, said “It is not just a blood donation camp, it is a festival.”
