Rajganj, 27th March: The candidate of Kamtapur Bhumiputra Mahagathbandhan touched the feet of Trinamool leader Krishna Das and sought his blessings.
Primary school teacher Ramprasad Modak is the candidate for Kamtapur Bhumiputra Mahagathbandhan in the Dabgram Fulbari Assembly. On Saturday, he visited the house of Krishna Das, Jalpaiguri district president of Trinamool’s SC/ ST/OBC cell, touched his feet, and prayed for blessings.
Ramprasad Modak said that Krishna Das is a social activist and admires his work towards the common people in times of difficulty. “He is like my God and I took his blessing before the election campaign,” he stated. On the other hand, Krishna Das wished him good luck for the polls.
