Jalpaiguri district police organized “Utsarga” blood donation camp in Rajganj

Rajganj, 15th September: The Jalpaiguri district police organized “Utsarga” blood donation camp under the initiative of the Belakoba Police Outpost under the Rajganj police station in collaboration with the Lions Club of Siliguri Prerna.


On Friday, the event was organized at Belakoba Hari Mandir Hall. In addition, a health check-up camp was also held and mosquito nets were distributed. In the camp, police, civic volunteers, and locals, including women, donated blood.

The event witnessed the presence of Jalpaiguri District Superintendent of Police Umesh Ganpat, Additional Superintendent of Police (SP) Sandip Sen, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Samir Kumar Paul, Rajganj police station Inspector in Charge Pankaj Sarkar, Belakoba Officer in Charge (OC) Buddhadeb Ghosh, Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy, Rajganj Panchayat Committee President Rupali Dey Sarkar and other dignitaries.
