Siliguri, 04th September: The INTTUC New Jalpaiguri branch, under the leadership of organization President Prasenjit Roy, staged a demonstration programme in support of various demands of the temporary staff of the Railway Water Supply Department.
The organization members stated that several people are currently unemployed as the trains are not operating in view of the pandemic. Hence, they issued a memorandum to the ADRM of Railways demanding immediate re-employment and provide the staff with their pending wages.
