Kharibari, 18th January: The police of Galgalia police station, adjoining the Kharibari area, seized a huge cache of foreign liquor from a car. Three people were arrested in connection with the incident.
According to the information, all vehicles were being stopped and checked by the police at the check post to check the smuggling of liquor. During the checking, the police recovered foreign liquor hidden in a car of number SK 01 PB 4471.
Police seized 51 bottles of 750 ml of Royal Blue and 2 bottles of beer from the said car and also arrested three people in the vehicle. The police have launched an investigation into the matter.
