Cooch Behar, 23rd September: Various areas in Cooch Behar have been submerged under rainwater due to continuous heavy downpour. Out of 20, most of the wards are waterlogged. Rainwater also entered several residential areas adding more to the concern.
Meanwhile, the citizens have raised questions regarding the poor drainage system. Rajbari, Mini Bus Stand, Old Post Office Para, Mantu Dasgupta Pally, Subhash Pally, New Town, Kalabagan, Sahitya Sabha, and several other areas have been inundated.
