Siliguri, 22nd August: On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, a blood donation camp was organized by Give Life Society and Naba Rabi Sangha in association with Terai Lions Club. Padma Shri Karimul Haque was present as the chief guest in the camp.
Numerous young men and women voluntarily donated blood in the camp. Padma Shri Karimul Haque handed over the certificate to the donors. He lauded the youths for stepping up to save the lives of the people in need of blood. Furthermore, he appreciated the initiative taken on behalf of the organizations.
