Siliguri, 05th May: The Gatebazar Youth Club, in collaboration with the Lions Club of New Jalpaiguri, undertook a commendable initiative by organizing a free mega blood donation and free health checkup camp.
The event witnessed both men and women actively coming forward to donate blood. Blood donors were honored with certificates and symbolic saplings. In addition to the blood donation drive, the camp offered free health screenings including sugar, blood pressure, and eye tests.
Significantly, Club Secretary Subrata Sen, President Rajkumar Saha, Treasurer Madan Das of Gatebazar Youth Club, and Lions Club representatives including President Sunil Mahanti, Vice President Amitabh Sengupta, and General Secretary Piyush Dasgupta graced the event with their presence.
