Naxalbari, 10th December: In a horrifying mishap, a devastating fire engulfed a roadside shop followed by an exploded gas cylinder. The incident led to a widespread commotion in the Handi Basti area of Naxalbari.
As per details gathered, the gas cylinder exploded during its usage in a roadside shop and led to a fire that swept throughout the establishment. Following the tragedy, residents made an attempt to douse the fire. Meanwhile, the fire department was notified of the incident. Upon receiving the news, a Naxalbari fire engine arrived on the scene and extinguished the raging inferno.
In this regard, Mohammad Jalil, the shop’s owner, expressed his dismay concerning the huge damage caused by the fire, including road construction materials that were reduced to ashes.
