Gajoldoba Outpost police recover lost mobile phones, return them to owners

Gajoldoba, 24th May: Police personnel from the Gajoldoba Outpost successfully recovered several lost and stolen mobile phones and returned them to their rightful owners during a programme held on Sunday.

During the event, ACP Ahitagni Chakraborty personally handed over the recovered mobile phones to the owners.

According to ACP, the devices were recovered based on complaints lodged at different times regarding lost and stolen phones.

Police traced and recovered the mobile phones from various locations across Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, and Maynaguri. Out of the nine phones recovered, seven were handed over to their owners during the programme.

The owners expressed happiness after getting back their mobile phones and praised the police for their efforts and initiative.

Among those present at the event were OC of the Bhorer Alo Police Station, Sudip Dutta; OC of the Gajoldoba Outpost, Rasbihari Saha; along with other police officials.
