Cooch Behar, 27th December: A distressing incident surfaced where the hanging body of an eighth-grade student was found in the Baburtari area of Pachagarh Gram Panchayat of Mathabhanga block I.
According to reports, the student was preparing to go to school to get her results. However, as the minor was taking longer time than usual, the family members became suspicious.
Later, as the family members entered the house, they spotted the minor’s hanging body. Immediately, the family members rushed to the rescue and transported her to Mathabhanga Divisional Hospital, where doctors declared her dead. At present, the police have initiated an investigation into the entire incident.
