Siliguri, 01st December: Under the aegis of the Siliguri Metropolitan Police, an e-education centre has been instituted for economically weak students at the Bagdogra Police Station.
Siliguri Police Commissioner Akhilesh Chaturvedi inaugurated the e-education centre on Thursday. Apart from this, the Police Commissioner also handed over school bags to the students of the E-Shiksha Centre. DCP West Kunwar Bhushan Singh, ACP West Manish Kumar Yadav along with the local businesspeople committee and people from social organizations were present at the inauguration ceremony.
Along with this, 22 stolen mobiles recovered from the area under the police station were handed over to their respective owners.
