Jalpaiguri, 01st December: Under the initiative of the state government, the ‘Duare Sarkar’ (government at doorsteps) programme has commenced all over the state.
On Tuesday, the programme was inaugurated at Jalpaiguri Prayas Hall under the initiative of the Jalpaiguri district administration and with the assistance of the municipality.
Reportedly, the camp aims towards the 100-day work concerning government schemes namely Syashtho Sathi, Kanyashree, Khadya Sathi, Sikshashree, Rupashree, Jai Johar, Taposili Bondhu, and Akhyashree. The residents of Wards 1-12 of the municipality area have taken the services today.
