Dispute over BJP workers hoisting flags in Siliguri’s Ward No. 32 area

Siliguri, 05th August: On the occasion of Ram Mandir’s Bhoomi Pujan in Ayodhya, several Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers and supporters are celebrating the day by hoisting saffron flags at various places in Siliguri.

The party workers alleged that the Trinamool Congress (TMC) activists hindered their celebration and stopped them at Balaka More in Ward No. 32, on Wednesday morning.

Following this, a dispute broke out between the two parties. Upon receiving the news, the NJP police reached the spot and brought the situation under control.
