‘Didi’r Doot’ reach Fulbari to address problems of residents

Fulbari, 21st March: ‘Didir Doot’ attended the ‘Didi’r Suraksha Kavach’ program in Dabgram-Fulbari’s No. 2 Gram Panchayat area today. During this, the locals shared their problems and voiced their concerns to the representatives about various situations including roads, drains, and drinking water. 


During this, the representatives spoke to the common people about 15 projects of the state after listening to their concerns. Jalpaiguri Zilla Parishad Chairperson Uttara Barman said that during today’s program, they reached out to the people and listened to their grievances. She assured to solve the issues. 

On the other hand, Zilla Parishad member Debashish Pramanik said that a lot of developmental work has been done in the said Panchayat area. About 42 pucca roads, 2 pucca bridges and various development works ranging from several schools, and cycle stands have been constructed. However, the population in Fulbari area is increasing due to which the demand for roads and drains are also increasing. Thus, citing this he added that they are trying to look into the matter.
