Deshbandhu Para Postmaster celebrated picnic with post office pensioners

Siliguri, 01st January: New Year is the day of celebration and people celebrate New Year in the company of their loved ones, involving traditions meant to bring luck and success in the upcoming year. Likewise, Prosenjit Kulacharya, the Postmaster of  Deshbandhu Para Post Office uniquely celebrated this happy day.
On the occasion of the New Year celebration, the Postmaster organized a picnic with 50 pensioners. The elders were also handed out gifts from the Post Office.
Postmaster Prosenjit Kulacharya stated that such an initiative was taken to maintain a healthy relationship between the Post Office and its customers and make them feel happy. On the other hand, this initiative of the Postmaster was appreciated by all the pensioners. “We enjoyed today very much. This Post Office provides a homely atmosphere,” said one of the elders.
