Siliguri, 31st August: On Thursday, a ceremony was held in honour of the martyrs of the historical food movement in India, in front of Anil Biswas Bhawan, the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPIM) office for the Darjeeling district.
According to reports, Jibesh Sarkar, Ashok Bhattacharya, and other CPIM leaders paid homage to the martyrs by offering flower garlands.
