Dabgram Fulbari TMYC steps forward to help 10th grader battling with cancer

Siliguri, 16th August: Arpita Basak, a resident of Panchkolguri, South Colony, Fulbari No.1 Zone, has been battling with cancer. 


Tragic befell on the family of Arpita Basak, a class 10 student after she was diagnosed with cancer. Already dealing with economic hardship and financial distress, her family was struggling to provide proper treatment to Arpita. 

After learning about their unfortunate situation, the Dabgram Fulbari Youth Trinamool Congress stepped forward to help Arpita. On Sunday, Gautam Goswami, President of Fulbari Block TMYC reached Arpita house. He was accompanied by other youth activists, including Kishore Mandal, Youth President of Fulbari No. 1 Zone. 


During a conversation with Arpita’s family, the delegates announced to bear full expenses of her treatment. Reportedly, the Dabgram Fulbari TMYC has provided relief to Arpita’s family in the past also.
