Cooch Behar, 01st January: Temples witnessed an influx of devotees on the morning of the new year. A celebratory atmosphere is witnessed across different parts of the city.
A crowd of devotees rushed to Cooch Behar’s Kul Devta and Madanmohan Thakurbari on New Year’s morning to take blessings and offer prayers to mark the new beginning of the year. A large number of tourists also reached Thakurbari.
