Cooch Behar, 01st February: CPI(M) legislator Sujan Chakraborty expressed his outrage over the fiscal year 2020 budget, saying that the budget was entirely based on tax exemption.
The CPI(M) leader was participating in a public meeting in Cooch Behar, today. Chakraborty claimed that such a lengthy and false budget had never been presented in the Lok Sabha before.
