COVID-19 restrictions in West Bengal extended till June 15

Considering the rise in the number of COVID-19 cases in the state, the West Bengal government, on Thursday, extended the Covid-related restrictions on services and movement in the state till June 15. The announcement was made today by CM Mamata Banerjee during a press conference at Nabanna.


It is to recall that Banerjee, on April 30, had imposed strict restrictions on several things, including shopping malls, markets, restaurants and bars, gyms, and swimming pools, with immediate effect.
