According to the latest data released by the Union Ministry of Health, the total COVID-19 cases in India have crossed the 33,000-mark with current numbers at 33,610.
However, Recovery Rate has improved from 13.06% 14 days back, to more than 25% today. 8373 have been cured of the virus.
Meanwhile, in West Bengal, the total number of positive cases escalated to 572. The state has confirmed 33 deaths due to COVID-19 to date.
