Siliguri, 14th June: The Gate Bazar Yuva Bharti Welfare Organization, on Sunday, organized a COVID-19 awareness camp at the club premises.
As per the information, renowned doctors namely Dr. Shanka Sen, Dr. Kalyan Khan, and Dr. SS Saha raised awareness among the general public regarding the virus.
Darjeeling District Trinamool Congress President Ranjan Sarkar, SJDA Vice-Chairman Nantu Pal, environmentalist Animesh Basu, Club Secretary Mridul Chakraborty and many others were present during the camp.
Apart from this, sweets, raincoats, hand gloves, and other protective gear were distributed among the on-duty cleaning staff in Ward No. 31 and 32.
My mother had a X-ray done recently & the person who took the x-ray told my mother immediately that the bone is pointy i.e. degenerative changes seen. Later, when the doctor checked the x-ray plate, he mentioned everything Normal in the report. When I informed this to the concerned person(someone from their management) of the organization, he is asking me to leave the premises. My point is that an unqualified person i.e. the person who took the x-ray can see the problem but a qualified doctor of their organization cannot see it. This organization is supported by political parties so trust me and dont go there else your treatment will be absolutely wrong. I am sure there are many others who are not so educated so unable to trace this kind of problem. Secondly, any organization cannot ask their customer/patient to leave th organization just without any investigation. So it is clearly understood that is politically backed and just doing profitable business and NOT a NGO.
