Cooch Behar, 04th February: The fourth convocation ceremony of Cooch Behar’s Panchanan Barma University was held today. The program was organized at Cooch Behar UTSAV Auditorium Hall. It is to be noted that, the ceremony was not organized during the pandemic period from the year 2020-2022.
The State Governor Dr CV Anand Bose inaugurated the convocation ceremony. A total of 282 students were awarded medals. Of these, 137 were given gold medals and 145 were felicitated with silver medals. While 36 people have been awarded Ph.D. and 21 M.Phil. degrees.
Professor Tapas Kumar Kundu, North Bengal Development Minister Udayan Guha, Vice Chancellor of Panchanan Barma University Dr Dev Kumar Mukhopadhyay, and others were present on the occasion.
