Cooch Behar locals prepare trees as quarantine center for people returning to from other states

Cooch Behar, 06th April: In light of the coronavirus outbreak, the Government has strictly directed people returning from other states or countries to self-quarantine, isolate themselves or stay home to contain the infection from spreading.


In this context, locals of a village attached to the Jamaldaha Forest under Mekhliganj block of Cooch Behar district built a quarantine center by making scaffolding in the trees of the forest. People returning from other states are being kept in this center.
