Cooch Behar, 27th January: The Cooch Behar District Chhatra Yuva Utsav commenced on Monday at the Cooch Behar Utsav Auditorium.
Umakanta Barman, the president of Cooch Behar District Council (Zilla Parishad) inaugurated the event. Apart from them, District Magistrate Pawan Kadian, former MP Partha Pratim Roy and many other dignitaries were present during the event.
