Cooch Behar, 30th January: At a press conference on the university campus, on Thursday, the University Registrar, Abdul Kader Safali, informed that the convocation ceremony of Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University will be organized on the birth anniversary of Panchanan Barma. The third year convocation will be organized by the University in the Utsav Auditorium, on February 14th.
In the convocation, this year, 39 students will be awarded Gold Medals and 44 students will be awarded Silver Medals. The Panchanan Smarak Samman has also been organized by the University, this year.
This year, the Panchanan Smarak Samman will be presented to Prasanjit Barman working with and on Panchanan Barma.
