Rajganj, 26th September: A container lost control and overturned on a roadside in the Jotiakali More area, adjacent to Fulbari on the Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway. The driver of the container has been injured in this incident.
Reportedly, a container was on its way from Siliguri to Jalpaiguri, and while trying to save a dog that suddenly came in front of the vehicle, it lost control and overturned on the side of the road.
The injured driver was rescued and taken to a nearby hospital. On the other hand, Fulbari Traffic Guard and New Jalpaiguri Police Station reached the spot as soon as the incident was reported. Police have recovered the container and started an investigation into the whole incident.
