CM Mamata Banerjee reached Cooch Behar, to address election rally tomorrow

Cooch Behar, 25th June: Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader and state Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee reached Cooch Behar in view of the party’s campaign for the upcoming Panchayat elections. On Monday, the CM would address an election rally at Pran Nath High School ground at Chandamari of Cooch Behar South Assembly Constituency.


According to reports, on Sunday, the CM landed at ABN Seal College ground in Coochbehar by helicopter. During this, North Bengal Development Minister Udayan Guha, Cooch Behar District Magistrate, Pawan Kadian and Trinamool leaders of the district were present to welcome the CM.

Subsequently, the CM went to a private hotel near Cooch Behar’s Madanmohan Temple for rest and a night’s stay. On the way to the hotel, Mamata Banerjee halted for 2 minutes in front of the said temple for a prayer. Meanwhile, a crowd of citizens and Trinamool Congress workers gathered on both sides of the road to get a glimpse of the CM.
