Kharibari, 15th May: A lorry loaded with cement lost control and overturned in the Sona Chandi Tea Estate area of Kharibari, causing a stir on the Ghoshpukur-Kharibari State Highway. The incident took place late Wednesday night when the lorry, en route from Ghoshpukur to Bihar, encountered a container coming from the opposite direction.
In an attempt to avoid a collision, the driver lost control, resulting in the vehicle overturning. Upon receiving information, personnel from the Kharibari Police and Traffic Guard promptly reached the spot.
Fortunately, no casualties have been reported. The Kharibari Police are currently investigating the entire matter.
