Burglars break into vacant house in Fulbari, investigation underway

Fulbari, 28th March: Sensation prevailed after burglars broke into a vacant house in Fulbari by breaking the lock and made away with gold ornaments and cash worth several thousand and also the documents of the house and escaped. 


Reportedly, the incident of robbery took place in a house in the Paschim Dhantala area under Fulbari-02 Gram Panchayat. Last two days ago, the people of the said house had gone to a relative’s in Siliguri. Taking advantage of the vacant house, the burglars broke into the residence. When the residents of the house reached this morning, they found that the lock of the house was broken. After entering the house, they realized that the burglars had broken into and robbed of gold jewellery and cash of Rs 90,000, and documents of the house. 

After the incident, NJP police were informed about it. As soon as the news was received, the police reached the spot and started investigating the incident.
