Siliguri, 04th March: Siliguri Police Commissioner Gaurav Sharma felicitated Sharan Das and Priyam Chatterjee who will be representing India in the Brazil Paralympics.
Table tennis coach Bharati Ghosh said that both of them have hearing and speech impairment. They will lead India in table tennis at the Brazil Paralympics. Siliguri Police Commissioner Gaurav Sharma is the only person who has encouraged them so far, for which she expressed his gratitude to him.
Priyam Chatterjee’s mother and Sharan Das’s father said that their children are no less than anyone. They will play for India in the Paralympics. But sadly, even after achieving such a great achievement, no section of the society came forward to encourage them. They thanked coach Bharati Ghosh.
