Darjeeling, 14th March: A book fair was organized by the West Bengal Government Mass Education and Library Services at Darjeeling’s Chowrasta, today. The book fair is scheduled to conclude on March 17.
The Minister of the department, Siddiqullah Chowdhury, who was also present in the programme, maintained that the book fair was being organized so that more people can be benefitted. He further informed that the State Government has declared that educational institutions will remain closed from March 16 to 31, as precautionary measures.
