Siliguri, 03rd November: The body of a person was recovered from a well in Ambikanagar, Fulbari. The deceased has been identified as Malay Mitra.
It has been learned that Mitra went missing since Wednesday morning. Later in the afternoon, the family members spotted his body floating in the well of the house. The incident was reported to the NJP police station. Upon receiving the news, the police and fire brigade reached the spot and recovered the body.
According to the family of the deceased, Malay was suffering from epilepsy. NJP police have started an investigation into the whole incident.
