Fulbari, 31st March: A body of a young man was recovered on Monday morning from Lock Gate No. 03 of the Mahananda Barrage creating a stir in the area.
According to local sources, a large number of people came to visit the Fulbari Barrage area on the day of Eid. During this, some of them saw a body floating at Gate No. 03 of the Mahananda Barrage. Upon discovering the body they immediately informed the police.
Upon receiving the information, the cops of Phansidewa police station reached and recovered the body. The body has been sent to the North Bengal Medical College and Hospital (NBMCH) for autopsy. Currently, the police have started an investigation into the entire incident.
