Phansidewa, 27th March: A voluntary blood donation camp was organized on behalf of the Halal Evergreen Club in the Halal basty area of Phansidewa. The main initiator of the camp was social activist and police worker Bapan Das.
A total of 50 units of blood was collected in the camp. Former MLA Chhotan Kisku, social worker Mintu Das, Paltu Sarkar and others were present as the chief guests.
Bapan Das said, “I am organizing blood donation camps in villages to alleviate blood crisis during summer. This is the first camp organized in this village.”
Club member Abed Ali said that a blood donation camp was organized in the village for the first time.
