Blind Football Championship to be held in Siliguri on Sept 12

Siliguri, 10th September: During a press conference at the Siliguri Journalists Club on Friday, members of a voluntary organization Siliguri Unique Foundation stated that a ‘Blind Football Championship’ will be organized in North Bengal for the first time.


Anup Bose, a member of the organization, said that the championship will be organized on September 12 at Tarai Tarapada Adarsh ​​Vidyalaya Maidan. Four teams will participate in the championship. Besides, there is a team from Bidhannagar Vimbar Blind School and Kolkata’s Blind Association. The championship is being managed by the Blind Federation.
