Siliguri, 10th August: The BJP’s No. 07 Mandal Committee submitted a memorandum to the Borough office No. V of Siliguri Municipal Corporation in support of multiple demands.
They demanded immediate vaccination in all 47 wards of SMC and to stop any corruption over the vaccine. Other demands included, the proper drainage system in the city as different wards of SMC get submerged underwater even in light rains.
Kamal Ghosh, secretary of BJP Siliguri Organizational district committee, accused the state government of carrying out politics regarding vaccination amid the pandemic. He maintained that opposing these issues, they submitted a memorandum today.
