Siliguri,13th February: BJP organized a protest rally against the attack on Ward no-36 BJP candidate of Siliguri Municipal Corporation.
The rally commenced from Shantinagar Boubazar and toured several areas of the ward. Siliguri MLA Shankar Ghosh, Dabgram Fulbari MLA Shikha Chatterjee and Matigara Naxalbari MLA Anandamoy Barman led the rally.
Matigara Naxalbari MLA Anandamoy Barman said that an atmosphere of fear and terror is being created in the city. He accused TMC workers of threatening BJP activists in several wards over phone as well as in person.
