Bagdogra, 27th December: The Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Lower Bagdogra-Gossaipur Mandal Committee submitted a memorandum, alleging no work being provided to BJP Panchayat members, after staging a protest in front of Bagdogra Gram Panchayat office.
Reportedly, on Wednesday, the BJP leaders and workers took out a rally that commenced at the party office and ended at the said Gram Panchayat office.
BJP Mandal President Sisnu Oraon alleged that BJP Panchayat members are not being provided with any work. He added that two panchayats of the party were drastically affected by the alleged inequality.
In addition, the BJP Mandal Youth President alleged that the common people are being harassed and issues of water exist in several areas. He added that development activities were stalled in the area of BJP Panchayat problem. Furthermore, he urged to end the ending discrimination.
