Cooch Behar, 03rd March: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) launched a wall-writing campaign shortly after the announcement of the name of Cooch Behar MP and MoS Nisith Pramanik for the Cooch Behar Lok Sabha constituency. Nikhil Ranjan Dey, BJP MLA from Dakshin Cooch Behar Assembly Constituency, as well as other BJP leaders and supporters, attended the program in Cooch Behar’s Ward No. 1.
According to reports, the central leadership confirmed on Saturday that Nisith Pramanik, the current MP from Cooch Behar and Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, would be the BJP candidate for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Cooch Behar.
Following the announcement, there was an atmosphere of exhilaration among the workers. Subsequently, beginning Sunday morning, a wall-writing campaign has been conducted in several locations.
